Fill out the forms here completely and sign.
One registration form must be completed per camper for each camp you plan to attend. Limited financial assistance is available, so if applying for Campership, note that on your form and enclose deposit.
After you register, you will receive a parent packet which will contain program details, what to wear, what to bring, drop off and pick up procedures, and lots of other important information.
